Driven by a deep curiosity of the motivations behind human behaviours, I aim to understand and create customer-centric solutions and experiences based on how people think, behave, and make decisions.

When I’m not working, I’m writing and telling my own story through dancing, travelling, eating, and petting all the dogs.

As a UX researcher, I have had the privilege of working on exciting projects that have allowed me to dive deep into understanding users' needs, motivations, and behaviours. I have experience applying a variety of research methods, including in-depth interviews, usability testing, diary studies, A/B testing, and more to gather data and generate actionable insights. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I translate research findings into tangible design improvements.
